Writing this Oukitel C8 review has been on my mind ever since I got the device during Black Friday sales on Jumia. The smartphone is actually nice and useful. Here, I’ll share my unbiased review of the Oukitel C8 smartphone.

Recently, I wrote a review about Blackview A30 smartphone, a budget top-notch Android smartphone with the latest mobile technologies. This device (C8) is the best alternative to the Blackview A30 in terms of specifications, price, and features.

Oukitel C8 Smartphone

This smartphone is powered by Android OS (7.0). It comes with a fingerprint sensor which is visibly situated at the back of the device beneath the camera. In some parts of the world, this company – Oukitel is not familiar among smartphone users. However, the company has been existing for some years now and has come up with extremely good smartphones at affordable prices.

The features of Oukitel C8 are enticing; they are the latest mobile technologies (although not the most recent). In a quick highlight, Oukitel C8 runs on Android 70 (Nougat) OS, comes with a removable 3400mAH battery which lasts pretty long, and also hides an efficient 2GB of ram inside its hood.

You’ll get up to 15GB free storage space from the default 16GB inbuilt capacity on this smartphone. This is quite lovely; unlike the Blackview A30 that only offered 13GB free space from the default 16GB.

Unboxing Oukitel C8 Android Smartphone

Oukitel C8 unboxing

Well, I must confess that I was not happy when i unboxed the Oukitel C8. The below items where the inclusive packages alongside the device itself.

  • A USB charging cable/cord
  • The device itself
  • User’s Manual
  • Head-charger
  • A fancy, transparent phone pack

It didn’t come with an earpiece and for a music lover like me, this is one of the first things I usually check out for when unboxing any new mobile device.

Oukitel C8 Review

oukitel c8 review

It’s been some weeks now since got the Oukitel C8 smartphone. The smartphone functions really good, thanks to the efficient 2GB ram that makes multitasking much easier. Also, the 13MP main camera delivered excellent photo shots that were as clear as I expected from a 13MP camera. So, if you love taking photos often and capturing moments, you’ll find this smartphone to be helpful.

Furthermore, the battery, although 3400mAH lasts very long even on heavy usage. But, there is no quick charge technology integrated on this device so you’d have to wait for hours before it gets fully charged.

As at this moment I’m writing the Oukitel C8 review, all features of this smartphone work perfectly. However, I’ll instantly update this article if any fails at any time. So, at the main-time, I recommend the Oukitel c8 smartphone for anyone looking for a cheap high-spec smartphone with a low budget. Actually, the current price for this device is NGN35, 000 approx ($97.00).
